Hi! I'm Xi Chen, a Chinese illustrator focusing on kidlit. Currently located in Morrsville, NC, US.

I was a full-time game artist for more than 8 years, working on concept art and modeling for titles like Temple Run 2, Temple Run: Legends, and many more unannounced projects that were whimsical and family-friendly. I decided to pivot my creative vision to kidlit. It is instinctive and natural to use my practical skill set for telling stories that are character-driven and full of rich environments. As a Chinese artist, I want to tell stories with a different perspective that can broaden children’s horizons.
